Terms & Conditions (T&C) — Wow Fashions

Entity: Wow Fashions FZ-LLC ('Wow Fashions', 'we', 'us', 'our')

Platform: Our website, mobile applications, and related digital services (collectively, the 'Platform').

By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Where these Terms summarize another policy, the underlying policy governs.

 
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or place orders.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for breach of these Terms, fraud risk, or legal reasons.
 
2. CONTRACT FORMATION; ORDERING; CHANGES
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept only upon dispatch confirmation.
- Order changes/cancellations: You may request changes or cancel within 48 hours of order placement. After this window, production typically begins and cancellation will no longer be possible.
- If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may cancel and refund you in full.
 
3. PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES
- Prices are shown in the applicable currency and exclude duties/taxes unless expressly stated.
- International duties & customs: Import taxes, duties, and fees are customer-paid; refusal to pay may lead to return or destruction by authorities; Wow Fashions is not responsible for non-receipt in such cases.
 
4. PRODUCT NATURE; HAND-CRAFT VARIATION
- Many items are hand-crafted; minor variations in embroidery, bead placement, and tone are inherent and do not constitute defects.
- Product descriptions and availability are provided in good faith; we reserve the right to correct typographical or system errors.
 
5. CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER; DESIGNER DISCRETION; CLIENT-PROVIDED FABRIC
- Made-to-Order & Customization: After the 48-hour window, these items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or fulfillment error (wrong specifications).
- Designer Adjust Design Colors: You grant our design team discretion to finalize color combinations in good faith; color-preference disputes are not accepted.
- Client-Provided Fabric: Despite due care, production carries inherent risk of fabric damage. Liability is limited to a goodwill refund of AED 300 per affected piece.
- Special instructions should be clearly provided; in absence, we proceed per professional judgment in good faith.
 
6. VIRTUAL “TRY-ON” / FABRIC-DESIGN VISUALIZER
- Purpose: Illustrative tool to help visualize designs and approximate color coordination.
- Non-binding approximation: May differ from actuals due to lighting, device calibration, or fabric texture. Illustrative only; not a guarantee.
- No independent defect claim: Differences between Try-On visuals and delivered items do not constitute defects or refund grounds.
- Where mock-up is approved, we rely on that approval for production.
 
7. MEASUREMENTS, STITCHING & QC
- Our QC team verifies measurements against provided sizes before dispatch. Report fit issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- UAE customers: one complimentary adjustment may be offered subject to conditions; international customers may incur charges.
 
8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
- Crafting timeline: Standard production ~30 days + 5–14 days for complex designs. Fabric orders dispatch within 2 business days.
- Transit estimates: UAE 2–5 days; GCC 3–10; International 5–20, subject to courier/customs.
- Shipping charges: Free delivery for orders ≥ AED 299; below this, a subsidized fee applies. Express option AED 250.
- Address rules: Changes within 48 hours or before Ready to Ship; reroutes may incur fees.
- Risk of loss passes upon courier-confirmed delivery.
 
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)
- Fabric: Return within 15 calendar days if uncut and unused.
- Made-to-Order/Customization: Final sale after 48-hour window unless manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
- Easy Return Discount Option: Limited to manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or wrong specifications.
- Return fees: First UAE return free; subsequent AED 25; International returns—Wow Fashions covers only damaged/wrong items; others deducted from refund.
- Non-returnable: Cut fabric, personalized items, final sale, worn or seal-removed items.
- Refunds initiated within 7 business days after QC confirmation.
 
10. PAYMENTS; THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Payments processed via secure providers; BNPL agreements lie between customer and provider.
- We do not store full card details; share payment info only through official channels.
 
11. PRIVACY & DATA USE
- Data processed per Privacy Policy for fulfillment, compliance, and fraud prevention.

12. PROMOTIONS, VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS
- Promotions/vouchers subject to specific terms; gift cards are non-refundable except by law.
 
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER CONTENT
- All Platform content is owned or licensed by Wow Fashions.
- By submitting content, you grant Wow Fashions a royalty-free license for marketing and operational use.
 
14. WARRANTIES; LIABILITY; INDEMNITY
- Platform and products are provided “as is”; no implied warranties beyond law.
- Wow Fashions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or color differences between Try-On visuals and actuals.
- Nothing limits liability for fraud, negligence, or statutory rights.
- You agree to indemnify Wow Fashions for claims arising from your misuse.
 
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by factors beyond our control.
 
16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governed by UAE law and Ajman Free Zone regulations; courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction.
 
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update Terms periodically. The version at the time of purchase applies.
