Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 11th December, 2025
Welcome to Wow Fashions FZ-LLC (“Wow Fashions,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1) Definitions
2) Eligibility, Account & Communications
2.1 Eligibility. You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction (not intended for individuals under 18).
2.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Notices. We may contact you regarding orders, service announcements, and policy updates as outlined in the Privacy Policy; you can manage certain preferences in account settings.
3) Orders, Acceptance & Product Presentation
3.1 Order Offer & Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, regulatory or address issues).
3.2 Confirmation. Acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance occurs upon dispatch. We sent you a confirmation over mail/sms/app notification once you processed the payment and for order confirmation.
3.3 Handcrafted Variations & AI-Enhanced Marketing Visuals. Product images are illustrative. For handcrafted items, minor variations in embroidery, bead placement, and color tone are expected and do not constitute defects. From time to time, marketing assets, mockups, or lifestyle visuals may be AI-generated or AI-enhanced for storytelling purposes. They are illustrative and may differ from the handcrafted final product (see Section 13 and Section 10).
3.4 Designer’s Discretion (when selected). If you choose “Designer Adjust Design Colors,” you grant us discretion to finalize color combinations; claims based on aesthetic preferences or minor variations are not accepted.
3.5 The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records, as well as all applicable merchant policies and rules published on our Platform.
4) Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties
4.1 Prices. Displayed prices may change without notice until acceptance.
4.2 Taxes & Duties. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties/fees, and ID requirements, payable by the customer. Non-delivery due to unpaid duties/refusal/restrictions is outside our control.
4.3 Currency: We process all the transactions in AED (UAE Dirham) only. However, we display local currency only for your convenience.
5) Payments & BNPL
5.1 Processors. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card data. “Buy Now Pay Later” (BNPL), if used, is a separate agreement with that provider.
5.2 Authorization. You authorize charges for order totals and any adjustments permitted under these Terms and applicable Policies.
5.3 We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to any third parties. Credit/debit card details are not passed to third parties except as required by the payment gateway for processing payments.
6) Production, Dispatch & Delivery
6.1 MTO Crafting Window. We typically dispatch most Products within 15–20 days; standard MTO timelines may take up to 30 days, with a 10–15 day buffer for unforeseen circumstances or complex designs.
6.2 Fabric Dispatch. Fabrics are prepared and dispatched within two business days of purchase.
6.3 Post-Dispatch Transit (Estimates). UAE: 2–5 business days; GCC: 3–5; International: 5–20 (subject to courier/customs). Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
6.4.1 Restricted Countries: We will not trade with or provide any products or services to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or any jurisdiction restricted under applicable laws and regulations.
6.4.2 Total Delivery Period. Production (approx. 30 days for MTO) plus the applicable shipping duration above, counted from purchase date.
6.5 Express Shipping. AED 250 fixed rate (subject to change; current rate at checkout); priority handling and fastest available carrier. Estimates, not guarantees.
6.6 Free Standard Delivery Thresholds. Free standard delivery above AED 299 for UAE customers, AED 799 for international customers; customs fees remain the customer’s responsibility; orders below thresholds incur a subsidized fee.
6.7 Tracking, Address Changes & Attempts. Tracking is shared via email/SMS/app and in My Orders. Address changes must be requested within 48 hours or before “Ready to Ship”; reroutes after dispatch may incur carrier fees. Carriers typically attempt up to two deliveries before return-to-sender (varies by carrier).
6.8 Risk of Loss. Ownership and risk transfer upon courier-confirmed delivery to the provided address. Signature may be required for high-value orders; “leave-at-door” limits liability. We will assist with the courier if issues arise post-delivery, though liability remains with the customer.
7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Category-Specific)
7.1 Fabric.
7.2 Made-to-Order / Customization.
7.3 Stitching Services (Adjustments). QC verifies measurements before dispatch; report fit issues within 24 hours of delivery. UAE customers may receive one complimentary adjustment (e.g., hemming up to 3 cm; waist ±2 cm) on unworn items with tags intact; further adjustments incur fees. International adjustments may involve service/shipping charges.
7.4 Non-Returnable Items. For hygiene/safety, cut fabrics, MTO/customized items, clearance/final-sale items, accessories, worn items, items with removed hygiene seals/tags, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return (except as explicitly permitted above).
7.5 How to Return. Initiate via My Orders → Return/Exchange; choose reason/action, follow instructions, schedule pickup, track status.
7.6 Return Shipping Fees.
7.7 Refused/Undeliverable Parcels. We may deduct actual outbound & return shipping costs and carrier surcharges from refunds. Duties/taxes paid to authorities are not controlled by us .
7.8 Evidence & QC. Provide clear photo/video proof within 2 days of delivery for defects/damage. Returned items undergo QC within 3–5 business days of receipt.
7.9 Refund Method & Timing. Refunds are initiated after quality verification and approval; processed within 10-45 days of approval, after deducting applicable return charges; paid to the original payment method unless wallet credit is chosen.
7.10 Try-On/Visualizer Alignment. To avoid doubt, visual differences between the TryOn/Visualizer preview and the delivered handcrafted item do not constitute manufacturing defects or misdescription. Eligibility for return remains limited to the approved reasons and timelines set out in this section and the Refund & Return Policy.
8) Customer-Supplied Fabric — Limited Liability
While we take reasonable precautions, certain production stages carry inherent risk of fabric damage. If such damage occurs, our liability is limited to a goodwill refund of AED 300 per affected piece.
9) Shipping Charges, Customs & Import
9.1 Standard Delivery & Thresholds. See Section 6.6 above (free thresholds; customs on customer).
9.2 Customs & Import. International orders may require payment of import taxes, customs duties/fees, and valid ID for release; compliance and settlement of charges are the customer’s responsibility. Non-receipt for unpaid/refused duties or restrictions may result in return or destruction by authorities.
10) Try-On / Visualizer
10.1 What is the Try-On/Visualizer? A conceptual preview tool to help you imagine design placement and approximate colors on different fabrics before production.
10.2 Will the Try-On look exactly like the delivered item? Not exactly. Final results can differ due to device display calibration, lighting, fabric drape/texture, thread sheen, and embroidery density, as well as normal handcrafted nuances. The Try-On is illustrative—not a guarantee (see handcrafted-variation clause in Section 3.3 and shipping timelines in Section 6). Certain preview elements may be AI-assisted to approximate color, placement, and styling; all outputs remain illustrative only and are not guarantees of the final handcrafted piece.
10.3 Can I return an item because it doesn’t perfectly match the Try-On preview? A Try-On mismatch by itself is not a defect or misdescription and does not create a return right. Your protections remain for manufacturing defects, in-transit damage (by the logistics carrier), or fulfillment errors (wrong specifications) per Section 7 and the Refund & Return Policy.
11) Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
11.1 IP Ownership. All Platform content (text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, code) is owned by or licensed to Wow Fashions.
11.2 License. Limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, noncommercial use.
11.3 Acceptable Use. No reverse-engineering, scraping, infringing content, malware, circumvention of controls, or unlawful use.
12) Privacy
12.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (data categories, purposes/legal bases, retention, sharing with service providers, transfers, security, and your rights). Payment gateways/BNPL providers process data under their own terms. Cookie usage and consent are described in the Privacy Policy and referenced Cookie Policy.
12.2 We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to any third parties.
12.3 AI & Marketing. We may use AI-assisted tools to generate, adapt, or personalize content for marketing and user-experience purposes (e.g., copywriting, translations, recommendations, visual concepts), consistent with our Privacy/Cookie notices and applicable consent choices. Where required, we obtain consent for personalized marketing and provide opt-outs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13) Warranties & Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Platform and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” For handcrafted items, minor variations are expected and not defects. Production/dispatch/transit timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Try-On/Visualizer outputs are approximate visualizations provided “as is” for guidance.
13.4 AI Outputs “As-Is.” AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs (including visuals, text, previews, recommendations, translations) are provided “as is” for guidance and marketing presentation. They may contain minor inaccuracies, approximations, or artifacts and do not amend product specifications or guarantees.
13.5 No Professional Advice. AI features are for convenience and creative visualization only and do not constitute professional tailoring, color-matching, or technical advice.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wow Fashions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the order/Products/Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) at issue, subject to the specific limit in Section 8 (customer-supplied fabric). To the extent permitted by law, we also disclaim liability for reliance on AI-generated or AI-assisted marketing visuals, copy, previews, or recommendations, beyond the specific remedies provided in these Terms and applicable policies.
The Platform may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and Wow Fashions shares no responsibility on this; we encourage you to review them before sharing any information. We recommend that you should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wow Fashions and its personnel against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
16) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, governmental actions, utility failures, or courier/customs disruptions. (Timelines remain estimates under such circumstances.)
17) Suspension, Termination & Changes
We may suspend/terminate access or cancel orders (with refund where applicable) for suspected fraud, violations, operational/security risks, or legal compliance. We may update these Terms/Policies periodically; the version effective at the time of purchase governs the order, and material changes may be communicated via the Platform or email. We may modify, add, or remove AI features at any time (including model/provider changes) without notice, provided such changes do not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer laws, the courts of the Emirate relevant to the incorporation of Wow Fashions FZ-LLC have exclusive jurisdiction.

20) Changes to This T&C Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in laws, technologies, or our practices.
The version effective at the time of your purchase or interaction applies to that order/interaction. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or email, consistent with our Terms.
