These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wow Fashions websites, mobile applications, customer service channels, and any order you place for products or services offered by Wow Fashions in the United Arab Emirates and other serviceable regions (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Where additional terms apply—such as our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Affiliate Agreement, or promotional campaign rules—those documents are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with us. In the event of conflict, the document that is more specific to the subject matter will prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1. Scope, Territory & Eligibility

1.1 Territory. We currently serve all seven Emirates within the UAE and are phasing expansion to additional GCC destinations (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) and select international lanes, including US, Canada, the United Kingdom, and priority EU corridors; availability is shown at checkout.

1.2 Who May Order: You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter contracts. You represent that all account and order information you submit is truthful, complete, and current. (If you order on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.)

1.3 Updates. Serviceable countries, product eligibility, and policies may change. Always review the current Terms and checkout notices before completing a transaction.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 You may browse some areas of the Platform without an account; ordering, saving measurements, tracking shipments, submitting returns, and participating in promotions or the affiliate program require registration.

2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Use a strong password and update it if you suspect compromise. If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password Forgot Password flow to reset via a time limited email link.

2.3 If you cannot access your account or suspect unauthorized use, contact support immediately so we can secure or reset your account.

3. Communications with Us

3.1 Customer Support Channels. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or through the Help > Contact Us form where you may upload photos, order numbers, and measurement files. We aim to respond within 24 business hours (Sunday–Thursday, Gulf Standard Time) and prioritize urgent order issues.

3.2 Notifications. We communicate transactional updates (order confirmations, shipping notices and return status) by email, SMS, and/or in app push if enabled. Please check spam/junk filters and verify your email address if you do not receive an expected confirmation within a few minutes of order placement.

Push Notification: We use push notifications and in app notifications for all sort of communication.

4. Product Categories & Descriptions

We organize our offering into three primary categories.

• Customization: Design your own or made to order embroidery pieces in which you choose fabric type, select from available design motifs and optionally add embellishment grade and stitching service. Some protected signature designs may not be altered beyond permitted parameters; we will confirm feasibility after review.

• Fabric Shop: Designed or plain fabric with stitching option.

• Readymade: Curated embroidered outfits ready to wear; stitching services (e.g., hemming, sleeve length) may be available at checkout.

4.1 Embroidery Methods. Styles may be hand embroidered, machine embroidered, or hybrid (machine base, hand finished embellishments such as beads, zari, sequins, and thread highlights). The applicable technique mix is stated on each product page.

4.2 Fabrics. We curate textiles suitable for Gulf climates and for supporting embroidery, including chiffon, georgette, crepe, satin blends, silk organza overlays, cotton lawn, linen viscose blends, net, jacquard, and more. Actual composition appears in the product listing.

4.3 Color & Display Accuracy. While we strive to present colors accurately, device screens and lighting differences may cause variation. Minor shade variances are not considered defects.

5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

5.1 Currency. Currency. Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) by default for UAE customers. For other regions, an estimated local currency view may be shown for convenience; final billing currency appears at checkout.

5.2 VAT / Sales Tax. Where required, VAT or other indirect taxes are itemized on your invoice. You can download your invoice any time under Account > My Orders > View Details > Download Invoice.

5.3 Dynamic Pricing & Promotions. Product prices, promotions, and discount codes may change without notice until you place (and we accept) an order; see Section 9 (Promotions).

5.4 Easy Return Pricing Option. Some items may display an Easy Return discounted price. By selecting this option at checkout, you accept a reduced right of return—limited to manufacturing defects, transit damage, or fulfillment errors (wrong specs). See Section 11.4.

6. Payment Methods

6.1 We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard; American Express where supported), locally issued UAE cards, and Tabby “Buy Now, Pay Later” installment plans on eligible baskets. All online payments are securely processed through our PCI DSS certified payment gateway partner, Telr.

6.2 No Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not accept COD; all payments must be completed digitally at checkout.

6.3 Authorization Holds. When you place an order, your payment method may be pre authorized; final capture occurs upon shipment or as otherwise disclosed at checkout.

6.4 Failed Payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and/or request an alternative payment method before dispatching goods.

7. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

7.1 Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we email or otherwise confirm shipment of the products you ordered.

7.2 Order Review Windows. You may cancel or modify orders within defined timeframes:

• Fabric & Readymade (in stock) items: Change/cancel permitted until status shows Dispatched in My Orders.

• Customization / Made to Order / Stitching Services: Free changes within 12 hours; once production or cutting begins, cancellation fees (up to 50% of order value) may apply.

7.3 After shipment, cancellation is no longer available; see Section 11 (Returns & Exchanges) for post delivery options.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Serviceable Destinations. See Section 1.1. Country availability is also shown in the checkout country drop down; if your country is not listed, contact support for a bespoke quote (duties/taxes payable by receiver).

8.2 Shipping Charges. Orders delivered within the UAE ship free when the merchandise subtotal meets or exceeds AED 300; below that threshold a subsidized fee applies (displayed at checkout). International shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and service level; a running estimate appears in cart and the confirmed amount shows before payment.

8.3 Transit Times (after dispatch):

• UAE locations: Typically 1–2 business days.

• GCC deliveries: 3–7 business days typically (subject to customs clearance).

• International Priority: 5–10 business days generally; remote areas may take longer. Add production lead time for Customization/Stitching orders (typically 5–14 business days; complex bridal/occasion embroidery may require 21+). Estimated ship dates display in cart.

8.4 Tracking. When your order ships you will receive an email and/or SMS with a live tracking link; you can also track status in My Orders and through app push notifications if enabled.

8.5 Delayed / Missing Deliveries. If tracking stalls or your parcel shows "Delivered" but is not received, verify address accuracy, check with reception/security or neighbors, then contact support with your order number so we can initiate a carrier trace.

8.6 Risk of Loss & Title. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery scan at the shipping address you provided unless required otherwise by applicable law.

9. Promotions, Discount Codes & Welcome Offers

9.1 First Time Customer Code. New customers who subscribe to our newsletter or create an account may receive a one time welcome code; minimum basket thresholds and exclusions may apply, and the offer can be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

9.2 Applying Promo Codes. Enter/Selectavailable code in the Promo Code field in cart or during the payment step and select Apply; valid, unexpired codes update the order total instantly. Only one promo code per order unless specifically permitted by the campaign.

9.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions. We run themed promotions around Ramadan/Eid, UAE & KSA National Days, Dubai Shopping Festival, end of season clearance events, and occasional flash sales; sign up for alerts so you don’t miss limited time offers.

9.4 Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders unless required by law.

10. Measurements, Sizing & Fit Services

10.1 Use our interactive Size Recommender to enter shoulder, neck, chest, waist, hips, sleeve length, sleeve opening, and garment length (inches or centimeters). For bespoke pieces, choose Custom Measurements and follow the guided flow.

10.2 We produce Customization and Stitching orders based on the measurements you provide (or that are confirmed in writing). Please measure carefully; we are not responsible for inaccurate customer supplied measurements except where we misread or misapply them.

10.3 When available, you may request consult professional tailor for best fit before finalizing measurements; response times follow our standard support SLAs.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your statutory rights (if any) are not affected.

11.1 Readymade Apparel. Return or size exchange within 2 calendar days if unworn, unwashed, and all original tags remain attached.

11.2 Fabric Yardage. Return within 3 calendar days only if uncut and in original packaging.

11.3 Customization / Made to Order / Personalized Embroidery. Final sale unless manufacturing defect, transit damage, or we shipped the wrong specifications.

11.4 Easy Return Discount Option. If you opt into an Easy Return discounted price at checkout, your right to return narrows to: (a) manufacturing defect; (b) damage in transit; (c) fulfillment error (wrong specs). All other change of mind returns are waived.

11.5 Stitching Service Adjustments. Report fit issues within 48 hours of delivery; we will guide alteration options and may provide a complimentary first adjustment subject to limits.

11.6 How to Start a Return/Exchange: Log in > My Orders > select the order > choose Return/Exchange > select reason/action (refund, size exchange, or store credit) > follow packing instructions (include accessories, tags, gifts) > print/download label & schedule pickup > track status. Refund or exchange is processed after inspection and quality approval.

11.7 Non Returnable Items. Cut fabric yardage; custom measured or personalized items; clearance/final sale items; gift cards; and products flagged as Non Returnable on the product page.

11.8 Return Shipping Costs:

• UAE: First return per order is complimentary (label provided). Additional returns from the same order or oversized items may incur a fee deducted from the refund.

• Outside UAE: Customer pays return freight; we can issue a discounted carrier label and deduct the actual cost from the refund if preferred.

11.9 Refund Method. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are issued to the original payment method (card/Tabby) after returned items pass quality check.

12. Affiliate Program

12.1 We welcome creators, bloggers, stylists, fashion consultants, boutique owners, and other partners to earn commissions by referring customers to Wow Fashions.

12.2 Join. Submit the short application at Partners > Affiliate Sign Up and include social handles, traffic insights, and preferred payout method. Approved partners receive a unique tracking link, coupon code, dashboard access, and media assets.

12.3 Benefits. Tiered commissions on net eligible sales; early previews of new collections; may give exclusive promo codes for your audience; seasonal bonus contests; downloadable creative assets (banners, look books, product feeds); and periodic co marketing opportunities for top performers.

12.4 Full Commission rules, eligible products, attribution windows, and payout schedules are set out in the separate Affiliate Agreement, which governs in case of conflict.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 We follow data minimization and encryption best practices. Payment data is tokenized and processed by Telr (PCI DSS compliant); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

13.2 Data Deletion Requests. Email [email protected] to request account deletion. After verifying identity, we will deactivate and delete personal data except where retention is required for tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

14. Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing

14.1 We emphasize made to order production to reduce overstock waste; batch digital cutting to optimize fabric usage; and recyclable or reusable shipment packaging where carrier rules allow. We are piloting a fabric scrap upcycling program with regional artisans.

14.2 We partner with vetted textile traders across the UAE, India, and select certified suppliers globally, prioritizing materials proven to withstand Gulf climate wear.

14.3 Our workshop partners sign a Supplier Code of Conduct prohibiting child labor, forced labor, and unsafe conditions; we conduct periodic audits and random batch inspections to uphold fair wages and safe, well lit production environments.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1 All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, product images or videos, embroidery designs, icons, audio clips, videos, and software—is owned by or licensed to Wow Fashions and is protected by intellectual property laws.

16. User Content: Reviews, Uploads & Feedback

16.1 If you submit photos, reviews, measurements, design ideas, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Wow Fashions a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and our marketing channels, subject to applicable privacy laws.

16.2 You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate law.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent identity, payment credentials, or measurements. • Attempt to bypass Platform security or payment processes. • Use the Platform to sell, resell, or export products in violation of law. • Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or abuse promotional programs.

18. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Wow Fashions provides the Platform and products "as is" and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. This disclaimer does not limit statutory product guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wow Fashions and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption; or (c) amounts exceeding the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wow Fashions from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third party right.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required by law, we will seek your consent to material changes.

22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

22.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you reside in another jurisdiction that mandates consumer protections, those protections remain in force to the extent required.

22.2 Any dispute should first be raised with Customer Support so we can attempt informal resolution in good faith.

22.3 If not resolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Duabi (or such other forum as required by mandatory consumer protection law).
