Refund & Return Policy

At Wow Fashions, we want you to love what you wear. However, if something doesn’t fit or meet expectations, our Refund and Return Policy is here to help.

Returns:

The Refund & Return Policy has been drafted based on specific product categories, as each category varies.

Fabrics:

Eligibility – Allowed

Return Window – 15 days from the date of product delivery.

Made to Order/Customization:

Eligibility – Final sale unless there is a defective product, damage during transit due to the logistics carrier, or fulfillment error (wrong product or specifications).

*Minor variations in embroidery, bead placement, and color tone inherent to hand craftsmanship are expected and do not constitute defects.

Return Window – 2 days from the date of delivery, applicable only for approved return reasons.

Cancellations:

Fabrics: You may cancel your order any time before the item is dispatched. The dispatch status can be checked in your order details under ‘My Orders’.

Made to Order: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, our artisans begin production based on your chosen specifications and cancellations will no longer be possible.

* Wow Fashions F.Z.C will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

1. Disclaimers & Conditions:

If customers supply their own fabric for the design process, Wow Fashions takes all reasonable precautions. However, certain production stages carry inherent risks of fabric damage. In such cases, our liability is limited to a goodwill refund of AED 300 per affected piece.

When customers choose the “Designer Adjust Design Colors” option, they expressly grant Wow Fashions full discretion to modify and finalize color combinations according to the artistic judgment of our professional design team. These adjustments are made in good faith to enhance the visual appeal and coordination of the fabric and design. As such, any disputes or claims regarding color preferences, variations, or final outcomes shall not be entertained.

To help us serve you better, we request that any special instructions be shared clearly and comprehensively. In the absence of complete clarity, our design or production team will proceed based on their best understanding, acting in good faith and with professional judgment.

2. Easy Return Discount Options

- If you opt into a discounted Easy Return price, your return rights are limited to:

Manufacturing defect

Damage in transit due to logistic carrier.

Wrong specifications shipped

3. Stitching Services:

- Our QC team verifies every measurement against the sizes provided by the customer before dispatch.

- Report fit issues within 24 hours of delivery.

- UAE customers may receive one complimentary adjustment (e.g., hemming up to 3 cm; waist

±2 cm) subject to conditions (Item must be unworn, in its original condition, all tags and labels intact). Further adjustments for the same order will incur additional service fees.

- International adjustments may incur service and shipping charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety, the following are not eligible for return:

- Cut fabrics, made to order, customized or personalized items, clearance or final-sale items, accessories, worn garments, items with removed hygiene seals/tags, or any item marked 'nonreturnable' at checkout.

5. Return Procedure:

- Log into your account > My Orders > Return/Exchange > select reason and action > follow instructions > schedule pickup > track status.

6. Refund Method & Timing:

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be made back to the same payment solution originally used by the customer. Refund processing may take up to 45 days to be completed, depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s card issuer.

Refund will be processed post adjustment of the return charges.

For Cash on Delivery, we process the payment to the bank account shared by the customer over the email/portal.

7. Return Shipping Fees:

UAE:

Unless otherwise specified, the first eligible return per order is free within the UAE.

Subsequent returns of the same order may incur additional return fees of AED 25 per pickup.

Outside UAE:

Return charges will be borne by the customer and it will not be reimbursed by Wow Fashions.

Outbound and inbound duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Refused/Undeliverable Parcels:

- If a parcel is refused or undeliverable, we will deduct the actual outbound and return shipping costs, and any carrier surcharges, from the refund. Duties/taxes paid to authorities are not controlled by Wow Fashions and are typically non-refundable.

9. Evidence & QC:

- Customers must submit clear photo or video evidence of any defect or damage within 2 days of delivery.

- All returned items undergo Quality Control (QC) inspection within 3–5 business days of receipt.

10. Policy Updates:

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in laws, technologies, or our practices.

The version effective at the time of your purchase or interaction applies to that order/interaction. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or email, consistent with our Terms.
