2. Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch): - UAE: Typically 1–2 business days - GCC: 3–7 business days generally basis location - International Priority: Typically 5–10 business days - Customization Orders: Add 5–14+ business days for production basis complex of design

3. Shipping Charges: - UAE: Free for orders ≥ AED 300; subsidized fee below that. - International: Calculated dynamically at checkout by weight and destination.

4. Tracking: - Email/SMS/app push notifications with tracking link. - You can also track orders in “My Orders”.

5. Delivery Issues: - For undelivered packages marked as “Delivered,” check with reception/security first. - Contact support with your order number if needed.

6. Risk of Loss: - Title and risk transfer to customer upon delivery scan unless required otherwise by law.
