At Wow Fashions, each dress is more than clothing — it is a story of artistry, patience, and craftsmanship. Every order is handcrafted by skilled artisans, moving through multiple stages of embroidery, stitching, finishing, and quality assurance before reaching you. This process ensures premium quality and uniqueness. While it may take a little more time, we believe the result is worth the wait.
This policy is based on our Standard Delivery framework. For time-sensitive orders, please refer to the Express Delivery section, which outlines separate terms, charges, and applicable conditions.

We proudly ship across the globe except OFAC Sanctioned Countries:
- UAE: All 7 Emirates • GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait • Select International Destinations: Worldwide (Selected Countries): Availability is shown at checkout.

Order Processing & Crafting Timeline
- Every Wow Fashions dress begins its journey 24 hours after your order is placed. We allow this short window in case you’d like to make changes or adjustments to your order. From there, your dress goes through multiple stages of creation, with skilled artisans contributing their expertise at each step. - At every stage, our dedicated Quality Control team carefully reviews the details to ensure nothing less than perfection.
Our commitment is to deliver not just a dress, but a flawless piece of craftsmanship, you’ll treasure.
Made-to-Order Production except and Customization: Our production process is structured to dispatch most products within 15–20 days; however, standard Made-to-Order and Customization timelines typically take up to 30 days, with a buffer of 10–15 additional days to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or design complexity.
Fabric: Fabric orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within two business days of purchase.
Stages involved in order processing:
order received → processing → dispatch → courier handover → customer delivery.
Shipping & Delivery (Post-Dispatch)
We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse:
UAE: 2–5 business days.
GCC Countries: 3–5 business days.
Other International Destinations: 5–20 business days., subject to courier and customs clearance.
Considering both crafting and shipping, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days plus the delivery time as stated above from the date of purchase.

Express Delivery
Wow Fashions offers Express Shipping at a fixed rate of AED 250 (subject to change at our discretion; updated rates will be shown at checkout) reflecting the additional resources and expedited handling that this service requires. Express orders receive top priority at every stage — from production to packaging — with dedicated effort to accelerate completion. Once ready, we dispatch your order through the fastest available carrier option to ensure timely delivery within the committed period.

Shipping Charges
We don’t charge anything for Standard Delivery for the orders above AED 299 except the customs related fees/charges which will be paid by the customers. Orders below this value incur a subsidized delivery fee.
Who pays for the return shipping charges?

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees determined by your country’s Customs Office.
These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid directly by the customer.
Some Customs Offices may require valid identification (such as a Passport or Government-issued ID) for shipment release.
Wow Fashions cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to unpaid customs duties, refusal of delivery, or restrictions imposed by Customs. In such cases, shipments may be returned or destroyed by local authorities.
Compliance with customs regulations and settlement of applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking & Updates
We are committed to keeping you informed throughout your order’s journey.
You will receive payment confirmation through email, SMS or app notifications once your payment is processed.

You may also track your shipment anytime under “My Orders” in your account.
Address Rules, Reroutes & Delivery Attempts
- Address changes must be requested within 48 hours or before the order status shows ‘Ready to Ship.’ Reroutes requested after dispatch may incur carrier fees. - We may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, restricted facilities, or certain remote areas. Remote-area surcharges may apply.
- Carriers typically attempt delivery up to two times before return-to-sender (carrier policies may vary).
Delivery Issues
- If tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but you can’t locate the parcel, please check with reception, neighbors, or building security. If still unresolved, contact our support team with your order number. See the Risk of Loss section below for details on ownership transfer after confirmed delivery.
Risk of Loss
- Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided. For high-value orders, a signature may be required. Where ‘leave-at-door’ delivery is selected, liability is limited. In all cases, Wow Fashions will assist in coordinating with the courier if post-delivery issues arise although liability remains with the customer.

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in laws, technologies, or our practices. The version effective at the time of your purchase or interaction applies to that order/interaction.Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or email, consistent with our Terms.
