These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy (together, the "Policies").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
- Customer / you:Any individual or entity purchasing from or using the Platform.
- Products:Fabrics, made-to-order garments, customized/personalized items, accessories, and related offerings.
- Made-to-Order / Customization (MTO):Items crafted to your measurements/specifications.
- Standard Delivery / Express Shipping:As described in the Shipping Policy.
- Try-On / Visualizer:A conceptual preview tool that displays an indicative view of design placement and approximate colors on various fabrics; illustrative only and not a replica of the final handcrafted product.
- AI-Generated Content / AI Features:Content or functionality created or assisted by artificial intelligence (e.g., image/text generation, translations, previews, recommendations, personalization, or visualizers) used to enhance product storytelling, relatability, and marketing/user experience.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wow Fashions and its personnel against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
16) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, governmental actions, utility failures, or courier/customs disruptions.
17) Suspension, Termination & Changes
We may suspend/terminate access or cancel orders for suspected fraud, violations, operational/security risks, or legal compliance.
18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate relevant to the incorporation of Wow Fashions FZ-LLC have exclusive jurisdiction.
