REWARDS POINTS & CUSTOMER TIER POLICY
Wow Fashions FZ-LLC (“Wow Fashions,” “we,” “our,” “us”)

Introduction
This Rewards Points & Customer Tier Policy (“Rewards Policy”) governs participation in the Wow Fashions Rewards Program (“Program”) and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
The Wow Fashions Rewards Program is a structured loyalty initiative through which eligible customers earn “Wow Points” on qualifying transactions and approved engagement activities.
Points may be redeemed for limited benefits subject to this Policy.
Participation is voluntary. Wow Fashions reserves the right to approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in accordance with this Policy.
Wow Points / Reward Points: The promotional loyalty currency credited to a customer’s digital rewards wallet.
Rewards Wallet: A digital ledger reflecting earned, pending, active, redeemed, and expired points, together with Tier status.
Pending Points:Points earned but not yet eligible for redemption.
Active Points: Points eligible for redemption following fulfillment conditions.
Tier:A status level determined by Lifetime Spend.
Lifetime Spend:The total net value of successfully delivered product orders, excluding cancelled orders, refunded amounts, returned items, shipping charges, duties and taxes. Lifetime Spend is calculated dynamically.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
