At Wow Fashions, we want you to love what you wear. However, if something doesn’t fit or meet expectations, our refund and return policy is here to help.

1. Readymade Apparel: - Return or size exchange within 2 calendar days of delivery. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. Fabric Yardage: - Return allowed within 3 calendar days if the fabric is uncut and in its original packaging.

3. Customization / Made-to-Order: - Final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or fulfillment error (wrong specs).

4. Easy Return Discount Option: - If you opt into a discounted Easy Return price at checkout, your return rights are limited to: (a) manufacturing defect, (b) damage in transit, (c) wrong specifications shipped.

5. Stitching Services: - Fit concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. - We may offer one complimentary adjustment subject to conditions.

6. Non-Returnable Items: - Cut fabric, customized/personalized pieces, clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as Non-Returnable.

7. Return Procedure: - Log into your account > My Orders > Return/Exchange > select reason and action > follow instructions > schedule pickup > track status.

8. Refund Method: - Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

9. Return Shipping Fees: - UAE: First return is complimentary. Subsequent returns may incur fees. - Outside UAE: Customer is responsible; we can issue discounted return label if preferred.
