You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction (not intended for individuals under 18).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card data. 'Buy Now Pay Later' (BNPL), if used, is a separate agreement with that provider.

You authorize charges for order totals and any adjustments permitted under these Terms and applicable Policies.

We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to any third parties. Credit/debit card details are not passed to third parties except as required by the payment gateway for processing payments.

We will not trade with or provide any products or services to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or any jurisdiction restricted under applicable laws and regulations.

Production (approx. 30 days for MTO) plus applicable shipping duration, counted from purchase date.

AED 250 fixed rate (subject to change; current rate at checkout); priority handling and fastest available carrier. Estimates, not guarantees.

Free standard delivery above AED 299 for UAE customers, AED 799 for international customers; customs fees remain the customer's responsibility.

Tracking shared via email/SMS/app. Address changes within 48 hours or before 'Ready to Ship' status.

Ownership and risk transfer upon courier-confirmed delivery to provided address.

Cut fabrics, MTO/customized items, clearance/final-sale items, accessories, worn items, items with removed hygiene seals/tags.

QC verifies measurements before dispatch; report fit issues within 24 hours. UAE customers may receive one complimentary adjustment.

Initiate via My Orders → Return/Exchange; choose reason/action, follow instructions.

UAE: First eligible return free; subsequent AED 25 each. Outside UAE: Customer responsibility.

Provide clear photo/video proof within 2 days. QC within 3-5 business days.

Not exactly. Final results can differ due to device display calibration, lighting, fabric drape/texture, thread sheen, and embroidery density. The Try-On is illustrative—not a guarantee.

A Try-On mismatch by itself is not a defect or misdescription and does not create a return right. Your protections remain for manufacturing defects, in-transit damage, or fulfillment errors only.

Except as expressly stated, the Platform and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." Production/dispatch/transit timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Try-On/Visualizer outputs are approximate visualizations provided "as is" for guidance.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are provided "as is" for guidance and marketing presentation. They may contain minor inaccuracies and do not amend product specifications or guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wow Fashions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) at issue.
