Reward Point & Customer Tier Policy
Welcome to Wow Fashions FZ-LLC (“Wow Fashions,” “we,” “our,” “us”)
Introduction
This Rewards Points & Customer Tier Policy (“Rewards Policy”) governs participation in the Wow Fashions Rewards Program (“Program”) and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Program Overview
The Wow Fashions Rewards Program is a structured loyalty initiative through which eligible customers earn “Wow Points” on qualifying transactions and approved engagement activities.
Points may be redeemed for limited benefits subject to this Policy.
Participation is voluntary. Wow Fashions reserves the right to approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in accordance with this Policy.
Definitions
Wow Points / Reward Points: The promotional loyalty currency credited to a customer’s digital rewards wallet.
Rewards Wallet: A digital ledger reflecting earned, pending, active, redeemed, and expired points, together with Tier status.
Pending Points:Points earned but not yet eligible for redemption.
Active Points: Points eligible for redemption following fulfillment conditions.
Tier:A status level determined by Lifetime Spend.
Lifetime Spend:The total net value of successfully delivered product orders, excluding cancelled orders, refunded amounts, returned items, shipping charges, duties and taxes. Lifetime Spend is calculated dynamically.
Nature of points
3.1 Points are promotional loyalty benefits only.
3.2 Points:
- Are not legal tender.
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Are non-transferable.
- Cannot be sold, assigned, pledged, or inherited.
- Do not constitute stored value, prepaid instruments, or property rights.
3.3 Conversion Rate: 100 Wow Points = AED 1 discount value for redemption purposes only.
Earning WOW Points
4.1 Purchase-Based Earning (Category-Based)
Points are awarded as follows:| Category | Points Earned |

Points are calculated on net product value excluding shipping, duties, taxes, discounts, and redeemed points.
4.2 Order Completion Bonuses
- 200 points upon successful delivery.
- 200 additional points if no return or alteration request is initiated within the applicable return window.
The “No Return / No Alteration” bonus is credited only after the return window closes.
4.3 Engagement-Based Rewards
Points may be awarded for approved engagement activities including
- Product reviews
- Reviews with image or video
- Approved outfit photos (UGC)
- Profile completion (one-time)
- Birthday rewards
- Referral rewards (credited only after successful delivery of referred customer’s first order).
Approval of engagement rewards is at Wow Fashions’ discretion.
Point Lifecycle & Expiry
5.1 Activation
All earned points are initially Pending.
Pending Points become Active only after:
- Successful delivery; and
- Closure of the applicable return window.
5.2 Validity Period (18 Months)
Active Points are valid for 18 months from the date they become Active.
Each batch of points will carry its own expiry date based on activation date.
Points not redeemed within 18 months from activation will automatically expire.
5.3 Expiry Events
Points expire in the following circumstances:
- Completion of 18-month validity period
- Account deletion
- Account termination for violation
- Fraud, abuse, or manipulation
5.4 Expired Points
- Are permanently removed from the active wallet balance.
- Cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
- Do not convert to cash or credit.
Wow Fashions may retain internal transactional records in accordance with the Privacy Policy for audit, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
Redemption Rules
6.1 Points may be redeemed only from Active balance.
6.2 Conversion:
100 Points = AED 1 discount value.
6.3 Redemption limits:
- Minimum redemption: 1,000 points.
- Maximum redemption per order: 10% of product purchase value.
- Redemption cannot exceed applicable system caps.
6.4 Points may be redeemed across eligible product categories.
6.5 Points cannot be redeemed:
- On cancelled orders
- Before return window closure
- For cash refunds
- For shipping, customs, or duties
6.6 Artificial order splitting, coupon stacking abuse, or redemption manipulation is prohibited.
Returns, Defects & Refunds
7.1 Approved Defect Replacement
If a product qualifies for approved defect replacement:
- Delivery bonus points will apply upon successful redelivery.
- No-return bonus will not apply.
7.2 Refund Impact
If an order is refunded after return window closure:
- Redeemed points will not be automatically reinstated.
In cases of partial refunds:
Wow Fashions may proportionally adjust redeemed points and Lifetime Spend calculations based on net refunded product value.
7.3 Lifetime Spend excludes refunded or returned product value.
Customer Tiers
8.1 Tier Structure (Lifetime Spend)

8.2 Tier Review & Stability
Tier eligibility is calculated dynamically.
Tier upgrades occur automatically upon achieving thresholds.
Once achieved, Tier status will not be downgraded except in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
8.3 Tier Benefits
Benefits may include:
- Earn multipliers
- Birthday rewards
- Early access privileges
- Priority production
- Stylist consultation
- Concierge services (Platinum & above)
- Dedicated Account Manager (invite-only, if applicable)
Benefits may be modified prospectively.
Administrative Rights
Wow Fashions reserves the right to:
- Adjust, correct, or reverse points
- Freeze wallets
- Suspend accounts
- Modify earning or redemption ratios
- Amend tier thresholds
- Withdraw the Program
Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce statutory consumer rights.
Material changes affecting redemption value will be communicated via the Platform.
Fraud & Abuse
The following may result in suspension or termination:
- Artificial order inflation
- Excessive cancellations
- Multiple account exploitation
- Referral manipulation
- Review abuse
- Redemption manipulation
Decisions are made in good faith and subject to applicable law.
Account Deletion
Upon voluntary or involuntary account deletion:
- All points immediately expire.
- Tier status terminates.
- Expired balances are not recoverable or reinstatable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Points carry no monetary compensation entitlement.
- Liability relating to the Program shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
- Wow Fashions is not liable for technical disruptions, system delays, or unauthorized account access.
Program Modification or Termination
Wow Fashions may:
- Modify earning rates
- Modify redemption ratios
- Amend tier thresholds
- Discontinue benefits
- Terminate the Program
Modifications apply prospectively.
In the event of material redemption value changes, reasonable notice will be provided.
Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
